A love for architecture, an eye for design, and a background in luxury sales brought Jessica Fields to the real estate industry. With a previous background running a high-end, designer jewelry label for over 10 years, she knows the value of great marketing and taking good care of her clients. She has worked with customers nationally and internationally and is highly organized and meticulous.

Jessica works tirelessly to provide the highest level of service representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Jessica’s knowledge of the market, sophisticated marketing, and effective negotiating skills go above and beyond her clients’ expectations. Her clients see her as an invaluable resource for all things related to the home, from contractors to decorators to cleaning services.

Originally from Los Angeles, she moved at the age of 12 to Rye, New York. She spent most of the next 10 years traveling a great deal between the two coasts. Having moved several times as a child, she always relished house hunting and knew that her future would surely revolve around real estate.


Brad Bateman is a New Yorker through and through. As a longtime resident of Manhattan and Brooklyn, Brad has cultivated insider knowledge of every neighborhood and is committed to spreading his love of each locale to his clients. Brad is an excellent listener who understands the unique sets of needs and life-goals of both buyers and sellers. His intelligence, honest approach and work ethic have enabled him to become an outstanding and sought-after broker since 2004.

Brad expanded upon his real estate and business expertise by simultaneously working as an independent broker while completing an MBA at Fordham University. Brad attended Boston College for undergraduate studies while playing Division I Lacrosse. Before diving into real estate, he spent a year coaching and playing Lacrosse in England.

Highly organized and always reliable, Brad is passionate about providing the highest quality of service to his clients. With his intimate knowledge of the Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate markets, Brad consistently guides buyers to the home that meets their personal needs. Carefully crafting a unique marketing plan for each home he sells, Brad is able to collaborate with his clients in order to strategize the best approach to a successful sale at the highest possible price. His good judgment and business savvy helps him navigate the challenging negotiations and emotional complexities involved in closing a deal.


Belle’s commitment to client education and transparency is what helped propel her to success in real estate. She is diligent about surrounding herself with industry experts in law, financing, and building management, so that she’s always on top of the latest options and demands in the ever-changing New York market. 

Belle’s endless curiosity and love of people is what brought her from rural Louisiana to New York City over 18 years ago. Belle worked extensively in event planning and hospitality before transitioning to real estate, so she has an attention to detail that is equal parts rigorous and comforting.  An outgoing, witty personality makes her an uplifting collaborator in all situations.

When not walking NYC with clients, you can find her swing dancing, watching LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints’ football games, going on outdoor adventures, traveling (more swing dancing), seeing theatre, live music (more swing dancing) and trying all the food.


Cristina is a determined and passionate individual, a true perfectionist who understands the significant emotional and financial undertaking of choosing a home. Cristina is known for thoroughly qualifying her clients' current and future needs, with an approach centered around undivided attention, respect, and a dedication to ensure her clients' dreams are fulfilled.


With over 13 years experience in both Manhattan and Brooklyn markets, she understands the needs of a buyer and seller for a small self managed co-operative building to a large multi unit townhouse. She has worked alongside developers from the ground up, and understands a building's structure from the inside out.


Originally from Miami, Florida from a big Cuban family she and her husband, along with their three kids, enjoy park days, playing tennis and traveling any chance she gets.
