A love for architecture, an eye for design, and a background in luxury sales brought Jessica Fields to the real estate industry. With a previous background running a high-end, designer jewelry label for over 10 years, she knows the value of great marketing and taking good care of her clients. She has worked with customers nationally and internationally and is highly organized and meticulous.

Jessica works tirelessly to provide the highest level of service representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Originally from Los Angeles, she moved at the age of 12 to Rye, New York. She spent most of the next 10 years traveling a great deal between the two coasts. Having moved several times as a child, she always relished house hunting and knew that her future would surely revolve around real estate.


Brad Bateman is a New Yorker through and through. As a longtime resident of Manhattan and Brooklyn, Brad has cultivated insider knowledge of every neighborhood and is committed to spreading his love of each locale to his clients. Brad is an excellent listener who understands the unique sets of needs and life-goals of both buyers and sellers. His intelligence, honest approach and work ethic have enabled him to become an outstanding and sought-after broker since 2004.

Brad expanded upon his real estate and business expertise by simultaneously working as an independent broker while completing an MBA at Fordham University. Brad attended Boston College for undergraduate studies while playing Division I Lacrosse. Before diving into real estate, he spent a year coaching and playing Lacrosse in England.

With his intimate knowledge of the Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate markets, Brad consistently guides buyers to the home that meets their personal needs. Lawrence’s unique background and experiences in the worlds of music, creative direction and real estate give him an invaluable set of multidisciplinary skills and keen cultural sensibilities to help him serve his clients. He knows that the purchase or sale of a home is much more than a financial transaction, but a deep emotional decision which requires asking the right questions to truly understand a clients needs, wants and interests.

His background in real estate development and his love for architecture and design have sharpened his eye to help his clients find the homes of their dreams and to ascertain true value in the market place, often hidden in inflated asking prices and cheap construction. His skills as a copywriter and graphic designer also ensure that his clients properties are marketed to the highest standards both visually and verbally.

A Native New Yorker, Lawrence has a unique perspective of the city. Born and raised in Coney Island and Tribeca before moving an hour away to Princeton, NJ for high school, he has had the rare opportunity to see the city landscape change over the last 30 years.  In his free time, Lawrence enjoys music, sports, film, cooking, photography, art and design. You will most likely find him walking through the back streets of Tribeca with a coffee in hand, shooting hoops outdoors somewhere in the city or out performing with his band.


Barbara has lived in Brooklyn since 1981 and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the borough and its history. She has lived in several historic Brooklyn neighborhoods, including Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Fort Greene, and Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and delights in the borough’s wide variety of townhouses, historic co-ops, and stunning new construction condominiums.

A career in real estate beckoned after 25 years in commercial and investment banking, including eight years spent living in Paris, where Barbara Ann worked for a French bank. She has an MBA from New York University and combines her financial acumen with her experience in all phases of real estate. She has been a tenant, a landlord, a buyer, and a seller and therefore has a thorough understanding of all facets of a real estate transaction.

Barbara is a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified Buyer Representative. She is fluent in French.


New York City real estate expert and seven-year industry veteran, Bianca Tickner provides a hands-on approach that is both capable and personable to each individual client. Bianca has seen it all and knows her way through unique transactions and can help step by step through the process of selling, renting or purchasing property in the NYC area. She is genuine and honest in all dealings, a Certified Negotiations Expert, and always aware that she is handling her clients most valued asset. Above all, Bianca strikes a critical balance between tenacious and caring. She is an attentive listener and a fiercely determined ally, who is willing to hand out a bit of tough love when necessary in order to help her clients accomplish their goals. Often her clients will lean on her as a steadfast, and calming guide on their successful real estate journey.

Prior to real estate, Bianca was a professional dancer and musical theatre performer. Thanks to her artistic training, she has a sharp eye for detail and a habit of seeing things that others might overlook. This talent makes her a genius at staging, and it gives her an almost prescient ability to avoid obstacles and to spot opportunities.

Originally from Baltimore, Bianca moved to New York City nearly 20 years ago. She attended the Baltimore School for the Arts and holds a BFA in dance performance from Marymount Manhattan College with a minor in Business communications. Today, Bianca resides in Hudson Heights with her husband and her two daughters. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, a trained sommelier and an avid international traveler.
